How to use the Showroom
Showroom hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9-5, Tuesday
10-5, Thursday 11-8, and Saturday 8:30-1. Appointments are recommended
Monday through Friday (especially for involved building and
remodeling projects), although we make every effort to accommodate
walk-in customers.
Please check-in at our reception
desk!
For those with appointments, we will alert your design consultant
of your arrival. Walk-in customers will be assigned a sales
consultant to assist you throughout your selection and ordering
process, as available.
If your schedule does not allow you to wait, please leave your
name and phone number and we will call you to schedule an appointment.
Ask questions about product and
pricing!
We're here to help! If we don't carry something in our large
inventory, we'll find it for you. There are many products, in
all price ranges, that are available. Your sales consultant
is an expert and ready to meet your design challenges. So, talk
to us!
Showroom Tips:
1. Make a wish-list and gather ideas. Cut pictures from magazines
and catalogs. Bring samples of wallpaper, paint, tile, etc.
2. Bring blueprints and design layouts. It also helps if you
know of any plumbing restrictions or design problems.
3. Review your preferences. How do you expect to use these products
everyday?
4. Anticipate special needs. Grab-bars are a good idea for eventual
use, for example.
5. Design for size. Taller people should consider 36" countertops.
Or larger toilets.
6. Determine your budget. There are functional and well-designed
products at all price levels.
7. Plan to spend time with us! Your project is as important
to us as it is to you.
8. Determine what you wish to accomplish, we'll help you get
the job done, but it often takes more time than you might expect!
