Fernco Donuts are flexible PVC donut-shaped rings for the compression sealing of sewer pipe joints and DWV connections such as sockets, hubs, bells and spigots. They offer all of the properties to create a strong, lasting joint.
All CPVC schedule 80 fittings shall be produced by Spears® Manufacturing Company from CPVC materials, cell classification 23447 conforming to ASTM Standard D 1784. All injection-molded fittings through 12 in shall be manufactured in compliance to ASTM F 439 and Certified by NSF® International for use with potable water service. All 14 in through 24 in and fabricated fittings shall be produced in accordance with Spears® Specifications. All CPVC flanges shall be designed and manufactured to meet CL150 bolt pattern per ANSI Standard B16.5.
