Overview
ATCO #036 is UL 181, Class 1 Air Duct and is manufactured with a tri-directional fiberglass scrim reinforced, metallized polyester outer jacket. A double lamination of tough polyester, which encapsulates a steel wire helix, forms the air tight inner core of the ATCO #036. The double layer core is wrapped with a thick blanket of fiberglass insulation. The inner core of the ATCO #36 is air tight and designed for low to medium operating pressures in HVAC systems. ATCO #036 has increased insulation for superior thermal performance. ATCO #036, is designed for indoor use as a supply and return air duct in residential and commercial low to medium pressure heating and air conditioning systems. ATCO #36 can be used as a complete air duct system and/or a branch duct connecting to mixing boxes, diffusers, light troffers, room inlets, or other terminal devices.

This is our sound attenuator flexible duct 2" inside diameter 6" outside diameter insulated to R8 with 2 vapor barriers. They come in a box quantity of 6 - 12' lengths with our Twist-Fit connectors on each end.
Features
- There are two styles of supply duct: Sound Attenuator tubing, sold in (also 3ft lengths) 12' lengths and Aluminum Core tubing, sold in 25' lengths
- They are all available in R3.3, R4.2, R6 and R8 insulation (3ft duct only available in R3 and R4 right now)
- Both styles of tubing can be cut to length as needed
- The inner core layer of the tubing is either: Two-ply corrugated aluminum OR spun bound nylon
- The outer jacket for all is made of a two-ply reinforced reflective mylar; providing a vapor seal to prevent leakage and moisture migration and increases the insulation factor by reducing the radiant heat transfer
- A fiberglass blanket insulation then fills the void between the jacket and the core
- The R3.3 and R4 duct have one insulation layer and vapor barrier
- The R6 and R8 have two layers of insulation and a double vapor seal

ATCO's UPC #050 is a UL 181 Class 1 Air Connector which meets the requirements of NFPA (90A & 90B). UPC #050 is manufactured with a tough triple ply duct wall construction. 25' lengths, which can be easily cut to desired length, are compressed and packed in small, easy to store cartons. The UPC #050 is air tight and is designed for low to medium operating pressures in HVAC systems. A triple lamination of tough metallized polyester, aluminum foil and polyester encapsulates a steel wire helix and forms the air tight uninsulated flexible duct of ATCO's #050. UPC #050 is used as a supply, return and exhaust duct in low to medium pressure heating, air conditioning and exhaust systems. ATCO's UPC #050 can be used in an air distribution system, connecting ducts, mixing boxes, diffusers, light troffers, room inlets or other terminal devices where an uninsulated flexible air connector is required. ATCO's UPC #050 hould not be used to vent appliances for cooking, heating and clothes drying unless approved and recommended by the appliance manufacturer.
