Used when stubbing out 1/2 inch flexible CTS tubing - Plastic elbow swivels 360 degrees to work with tubing coming from any direction - Comes with 2 PEX Bend LockBlocks pre-assembled on each pair of brackets - Position stub outs at any location within the stud bay - When screws on blocks are tightened, blocks compress on tubing, brackets, and elbow, eliminatiing all movement
