Overview

The ductless system utilizes electricity to pump refrigerant and transfer heat from one space to another. In cooling mode during warm weather or summer months, the system efficiently moves heat from the inside space to the outdoors. Conversely, in heating mode during cold or winter months, the units utilize refrigerant, which is naturally colder that outdoor temperatures, to absorb heat from outside and transfer it to the inside space. The ductless systems electrical, refrigerant and condensate lines use a 3 inch diameter hole in an exterior wall to connect the outdoor condenser and the indoor units. The ductless system provides high efficiency comfort and can help lower energy costs, all with sound levels as low as 38 dB.
