Safgard 1100 Series low water cut-offs combine Hydrolevel's over 45 years of electronic boiler control experience, advanced microchip technology and design input from heating professionals. The result is the smallest, easiest-to-install low water cut-offs available.
Features
Compact Design
With today's homes designed to maximize living space, boilers are being squeezed into ever-smaller areas. In a closet, wall hung boiler or any tight spot, the compact size of the 1100 Series is designed to fit.
Easy Installation
Hydrolevel provides step-by-step, diagramed instructions for fast, easy installation and wiring. The standard Model 1100 includes a plug-in wire harness with labeled quick-connects for 24 volt wiring with no guessing. Additional wiring harnesses designed for most popular boilers are also available. The 120 volt Model 1150 provides pigtail leads for quick wire-nut connections.
Burner Circuit Test Button
The Model 1100 and Model 1150 are the only cut-offs for residential water boilers to offer a test button. This feature allows for testing the control without lowering the water level. And with the 1100 Series, the prescribed maintenance does not require annual probe removal as with other brands.*
On-Board Indicating Lights
The 1100 Series features green POWER and yellow LOW WATER indicating lights for easy troubleshooting.
Rugged Construction
Don't let their size fool you. The 1100 Series cut-offs feature heavy duty relay contacts and a tough, impact-resistant housing made from state-of-the-art polymers.
*Safgard 1100 Series controls should be tested annually using the test button. The probe should be removed, inspected and cleaned every five years. Refer to the installation instructions for complete maintenance details.

Automatic reset - Direct probe to control connection - Hot water boiler applications - External LED's - Test button - Service LED - Tri-Barrier
terminal blocks - CSD-1 compliant - 3/4 inch male probe connection - 4 electrical knockouts
Interrupts power immediately in a low water condition. Burner circuit locks-out if water remains below probe for 30 seconds. Manual reset will not trip due to power failures. Test button checks burner circuit to ensure proper control operation and lock-out function without lowering the water level. Note: Can also be used as a secondary cut-off on steam boilers.

Features
Low Maintenance
No moving parts to wear or hang up, as in float devices
Advanced Solid State Design
High quality, economical boiler protection
Delayed Burner Shutdown
15 second off-time delay in low water condition prevents burner short cycling due to surging and priming
Probe Plus 30
Thirty second on-time delay allows solenoid valves and automatic feeders to bring feed water past the probe to a safe operating level
Automatic Reset
Automatically restarts the boiler after 30 second on-time delay when water reaches the probe
