With a 50 gallon (nominal) tank delivering 5,500 watts, the EE8-50-DFRT delivers a first hour rating of 74 gallons at an Uniform Energy Factor of 0.92. The Coregard sacrificial anode helps protect the tank from the corrosive effects of water, and is accompanied by an 8 year limited tank warranty.

The GTS-510U-E tankless water heater uses up to 199,000 BTU of natural gas or liquid propane to deliver an endless supply of hot water for a 2.5 bath home in northern climates and up to a 4 bath home in southern climates (one shower head per bath). The GTS-510U-E has a Uniform Energy Factor of 0.81

Our new condensing gas tankless line features X3 Scale Prevention Technology to last three times longer than other tankless models without X3 Technology. Complies with Ultra Low NOx regulations. These tankless heaters utilize commercial grade copper alloy for the heat exchanger tubing and are approved to work with an external recirculation pump and crossover valve. Certified up to 10,100 foot altitude.
